This will be a "one time fee" partnership. Here is how it works:1. You make one payment based on the percentage you wish to own at the beginning of the partnership.2. Once 100% is purchased and all money is in, it is pooled into an account to make a claim.3. Claim a horse in the $5000 to $8000 range at either Charles Town, Penn National, or Philadelphia Park.4. Remainder of the money is used to pay for expenses. Any purse money earned is returned to the pool.5. Partnership ends and all money left in the account is distributed when the horse is claimed or when there is not enough money to pay for training expenses. In that case of the former, the horse would be sold privately and money distributed. Current Partners have the first opportunity to join. We are looking for nine other partners to invest in 10% blocks. Those that have interest in taking 10% will get first preference, then all others that want to join will be accepted on first come first served basis.
